Conversion Rate
Customer Conversion rate indicates how successful a company's website is at attracting new customers or genuinely interested potential customers. So, out of 100 visitors to a printing company's website, say the printing company gets 13 new requests for a quote. 13 percent would be their overall customer conversion rate.
Online marketing campaigns that rely too heavily on CTR (Clickthrough Rate) as opposed to Conversion Rate ignore the fact that just because lots of people are looking at your ads doesn't mean you'll see an increase in sales. Conversion Rate is an excellent way of measuring your marketing campaign's true effectiveness.
